Rates for 2022-2023
Single Students: Deposit: $500
Year Contract $355 (shared) or $625 (private, $625 deposit)
Year Contract (House) $1200 per month, $1200 deposit
Utilities:
By the Bed: $70
Private Room: $120
Entire unit/married: $150, with electric in tenant's name
Building H: $120 with gas & electric in tenant's name
1 Bed Married: $1050, same utilities for entire unit
Resident Benefits Package $42
Resident Benefits Package includes a Property Damage Liability Plan, clean floors/carpet cleaning charge for when you move out, Filters, and the Internet.
Applicants can have their own insurance for personal property.
Parking $20
Deposit: $900 - $1800
One Bedroom Apartment Year-Round Contract:
A, B, G, & F Buildings:
Rent: $900
Utilities: $120 per month
Liability Insurance: $15 per month
H Building
Rent: $900 per month
Utilities: $120 per month
Two Bedroom Apartment Year-Round Contract:
A & B Buildings:
Rent: $900
Utilities: $120 per month
H Building:
Rent: $1050
Utilities: $120 per month
Large 2bdrm with W/D hookups
All contracts are 1 year contracts from August 23, 2022 to August 18, 2023. Students may move in after August 24, 2021 but the contract will terminate on August 15, 2022.
